Über die Rolle

Als integrierte Schnittstelle in Vendor Run Governance innerhalb der TDI Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure Organisation in Deutschland sorgen Sie in einem global agierenden Team von derzeit 10 Kolleg*innen für eine stabile Produktionsumgebung sowie die fachliche Betreuung von Projekten. Hierbei übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung und fachliche Steuerung einer global genutzten Mainframe Infrastruktur mit Fokus auf deren Anwendungen.

Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten

• Sie fungieren als technische Schnittstelle zu unseren internen Datenbank-Anwendungsbereichen und informieren im Rahmen des IT-Forums der Deutschen Bank über Plattformänderungen
• Sie verwalten das Mainframe-Software-Release-Management-Tool KVS/RMS in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Anbieter Kyndryl
• Als ITAO sind Sie die Schnittstelle zu den zuständigen Mainframe-Servicebereichen unseres Serviceproviders Kyndryl und intern der Deutschen Bank
• Im Rahmen der SDLC-Governance stellen Sie sicher, dass die Betriebsbereitschaftskontrollen für die KVS/RMS-Softwarekomponenten stets aktuell sind
• In dieser Funktion sind Sie außerdem für das Auditmanagement im Rahmen interner und externer Audits verantwortlich (z. B. Erstellung von Informationen, Berichten und Antworten auf Fragen der Prüfer).

Ihre Fähigkeiten & Erfahrung

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik an einer anerkannten Hochschule oder Universität, alternativ eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige IT‑Erfahrung in großen Unternehmensumgebungen, insbesondere in kontrollierten Produktionsumgebungen, mit Mainframe‑Plattformen auf Basis der z17‑Server‑Technologie unter z/OS 3.1 (und höher) sowie mit Datenbank‑/Rechenzentrumssystemen (DB2, CICS, WebSphere MQ, IMS und RACF) in der ausgelagerten Produktionsumgebung MITSA
• Umfassende Führungserfahrung in einem globalen Umfeld
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse von ITIL und Best Practices im Servicekontext innerhalb einer verteilten Echtzeitumgebung
• Erfahrung im Aufbau von Beziehungen über verschiedene Abteilungen, Unternehmen, Kulturen und Zeitzonen hinweg
• Fähigkeit, unternehmensweit Einfluss zu nehmen, sowie ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten
• Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch erforderlich

About the role

As an integrated interface in Vendor Run Governance within the TDI Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure organization in Germany, you will ensure a stable production environment and provide technical support for projects as part of a global operation team of currently 10 colleagues. In this role, you will assume responsibility for and technical management of a globally used mainframe infrastructure, with a focus on its applications.

Your responsibilities

• You will serve as the technical interface to our internal DB application areas and provide information about platform changes within the framework of the IT Forum at Deutsche Bank
• You will manage the mainframe software release management tool KVS/RMS in collaboration with the vendor Kyndryl
• In your role as ITAO, you will act as the interface to the responsible mainframe service areas of our service provider Kyndryl and Deutsche Bank internally
• As part of SDLC governance, you will ensure that the operational readiness controls for the KVS/RMS software components are kept up to date
• In this role, you will also be responsible for audit management for internal and external audit requirements (such as preparing information, reports, and responses to auditors' questions)

Your skills & experience

• Completed apprenticeship or an academic degree in computer science from a recognized university or college, or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of IT experience in large enterprise environments, particularly in controlled production environments, the mainframe platform based on z16/z17 server technology under z/OS 3.1 (and higher), and DB/DC systems (DB2, CICS, WebSphere MQ, IMS) and RACF, in the MITSA outsourced production environment
• Extensive experience in a leadership position in a global environment
• Very good understanding of ITIL/best practices in a service context within a real‑time distributed environment
• Experience in building relationships across different departments, companies, cultures, and time zones
• Ability to exert influence throughout the organization, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Fluent German and English skills required
