Tehnician Gestiune stoc

Job Description:
Scopul postului constă în primirea, verificarea, depozitarea,
gestionarea componentelor și/sau materialelor auxiliare (freestock) în
vederea comisionării (alcătuirea kit-urilor necesare în vederea producției de
ansambluri).
Introduce marfă în stoc în baza documentelor de intrare;
Stochează în spații bine delimitate și corespunzătoare a produselor stocate;
Răspunde de înregistrarea sistematică și operarea cronologică a datelor privind stocurile (FIFO);
Efectuează inventare fizice, anuale și periodice (acolo unde se impune), la solicitarea superiorului ierarhic;
Oferă informaţii despre stocuri departamentelor firmei, superiorilor ierarhici;
Înregistrează,prelucrează şi păstrează informaţiile referitoare la situaţia stocurilor;
Raportează lunar rezultatele activităţii de gestiune a stocului;
Întocmește necesarul de aprovizionare în baza sistemului “Replenish”;
