Tendering Engineer

Our client is an Architectural studio, interdisciplinary community of creative thinkers, doers, and specialists. From their locations in Berlin, Düsseldorf, and Munich, they design and realize innovative research, education, and healthcare environments for people and institutions throughout Europe. They are currently searching for the following key individual to join them in either Dusseldorf, Berlin or Munich.

Job Specification: Experienced Tendering Specialist: Permanent Position, Full-Time · All Locations Your Role: Strengthen the team in Berlin, Düsseldorf, or Munich as a Civil Engineer / Architect specializing in tendering and contract awarding for high-rise construction. Your Job  Collaborate within the cost and tendering team, focusing on service phases 6 and 7.  Support prestigious clients in demanding architectural projects.  Prepare bill of quantities and evaluate tender proposals.  Conduct quantity calculations for 2D and 3D projects  Work closely with project teams, specialist planners, clients, and external service providers.  Maintain a strong connection with cost planning and construction execution for efficient project management. Your Profile You are a responsible, assertive, and goal-oriented professional who enjoys working in a team. In addition to a structured and independent work approach, you bring the following qualifications:  Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification (e.g., Construction Technician, Construction Manager, etc.)  Several years of experience in service phases 3, 6, and 7 HOAI, as well as in public construction projects (new builds & renovations).  Ideally, on-site construction experience.  Solid knowledge of tendering and scheduling software (e.g., iTWO, ORCA AVA, MS Project, Office applications).  Excellent German language skills.
