The Department of Chemistry invites applications for a Tenure Track Professorship (W1 Tenure Track to W2) in Physical Chemistry. The successful applicant is expected to strengthen the research priorities of the Department by establishing an independent research group and to actively participate in research alliances and existing collaborative initiatives, particularly in the area of experimental surface and interface chemistry and on-surface synthesis. Close alignment with the university’s research profile area “Materials, Interfaces, Semiconductors” is essential, and participation in planned collaborative research projects is expected.
