Test Lead (HCM Payroll)

Job Opportunity: Test Lead (HCM Payroll) – Munich, Germany (Hybrid)
Contract Duration: 6 months
Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days/week on-site

We are looking for an experienced Test Lead with strong expertise in HCM Payroll testing within S/4HANA or similar Payroll systems.

Key Requirements:

8+ years of experience in software testing, primarily manual testing

Strong hands-on experience with HCM Payroll modules : PA, PY, PT, OM

Solid background in Test Case Preparation , Execution , and Regression Testing

Experience with interface testing and post-migration QA

Ability to coordinate UAT and oversee testing across sub-modules

Exposure to RISE with SAP environments is a plus

Responsibilities:

Ensure the testing environment is properly set up and maintained

Manage and execute end-to-end testing cycles

Prepare test scripts and execute regression and interface testing

Document and track testing findings and drive them to resolution

Support UAT and ensure compliance and system accuracy post-migration
