To strengthen our testing teams at our locations in Leinfelden-Echterdingen, Frankfurt am Main, and Neustetten (near Rottenburg am Neckar), we are looking for committed full-time test managers (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

You will be responsible for quality assurance for demanding web projects for renowned customers, including those in the automotive, healthcare, and finance sectors. You will accompany market-leading companies through several test stages and ensure the highest quality standards.

Your Tasks:

• Responsibility for quality assurance across multiple test stages
• Planning, designing, managing, coordinating, and monitoring all testing activities within the scope of web projects
• Ensuring software acceptance and working closely with development, product owners, and project management
• Creation and maintenance of test strategies, test plans, and test documentation
• Implementation of transparent test reporting and regular status reports to management and the project team
• Active participation in project management, particularly with regard to time, budget, and personnel planning
• Promotion of an agile testing culture and active role in Scrum teams

Your Skills:

• Successfully completed degree with a focus on IT or comparable IT training
• At least two to three years of experience in test management for web projects, ideally with budget responsibility
• In-depth knowledge of test methods, test concepts, and test management tools, e.g., Jira Test Management Extensions
• Experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and classic project management
• Very good organizational and communication skills and a keen sense for resource planning
• A cool head in particularly challenging project phases
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
