IHRE AUFGABEN

Sie übernehmen die fachliche Bauüberwachung der TGA / HVAC-Installationen und -Inbetriebnahmen für ein zukunftsweisendes Wasserstoffprojekt.
Sie erfüllen die Aufgaben eines verantwortlichen Bauleiters gemäß Landesbauordnung NRW (LBO NRW) für den Bereich TGA/HVAC.
Sie verantworten die Leistungen der Leistungsphase 8 gemäß HOAI (§56), inklusive Grund- und besonderen Leistungen.
Sie unterstützen die Bauleitung aktiv bei der Überwachung der Einhaltung des projektspezifischen Dokuments „HSE Program Site“.
Sie führen selbstständig regelmäßige Begehungen unter Berücksichtigung von QA/QC-, HSE-, Kosten- und Terminaspekten durch.
Sie begleiten Abnahmen und technische Prüfungen mit Behörden, Projektleitung, Bauherr, Baustellenmanagement und Subunternehmern.
Sie kontrollieren die ausgeführten Leistungen, dokumentieren diese und erstellen detaillierte Abnahmeberichte für jede Bauphase.
Sie übernehmen die Prüfung und Bewertung von Rechnungen.
Sie erstellen technische Fortschrittsberichte und führen eine umfassende Fotodokumentation.
Sie wirken bei den monatlichen Berichten mit, einschließlich HSE, Baufortschritt, Personal- und Ressourceneinsatz, Qualitätsstatus und Problempunkten.
Sie koordinieren technische Schnittstellen und stimmen sich eng mit anderen Gewerken und Fachabteilungen ab.
Sie sind während der gesamten Projektlaufzeit durchgehend auf der Baustelle präsent.
Sie verfassen zum Projektabschluss einen technischen Close-Out-Report mit Lessons Learned für den HVAC-Gewerkebereich.

IHR PROFIL

Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Versorgungstechnik, Gebäudetechnik, Technische Gebäudeausrüstung oder eine vergleichbareifikation (z.B. staatlich geprüfter Techniker (m/w/d) oder Meister (m/w/d) TGA/HKLS).
Sie bringen fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Bauüberwachung und Inbetriebnahme von TGA- oder HVAC-Systemen mit, idealerweise in industriellen Großprojekten.
Sie besitzen idealerweise eine Qualifikation als Bauleiter gemäß LBO NRW oder vergleichbare bauordnungsrechtliche Kenntnisse.
Sie sind mit der Anwendung der HOAI vertraut, insbesondere mit den Anforderungen der Leistungsphase 8.
Sie haben Erfahrung mit HSE-Standards und kennen sich mit Qualitätssicherung, Termin- und Kostenkontrolle auf der Baustelle aus.
Sie arbeiten strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und sind kommunikationsstark im Umgang mit internen wie externen Projektbeteiligten.
Sie beherrschen Deutsch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
