GENUINE is Germany’s leading TikTok Shop partner, and we are looking for a Creator Manager (m/f/d) for our most prestigious Beauty Clients to join our Cologne hub. You won't just manage lists; you will own the affiliate strategy for a selection of our core brands. Your mission is to build an elite circle of creators, coach them to high performance, and act as a creative director who translates TikTok trends into scalable sales formats.

Your Responsibilities

• Portfolio Ownership: Act as the dedicated specialist for a few core brands, managing the end-to-end creator strategy and ensuring brand-aligned performance.
• Trend & Format Development: Proactively identify emerging TikTok trends and develop new, high-conversion content formats to keep our brands ahead of the "For You Page" curve.
• Performance Coaching: Mentor and "upskill" our affiliate partners by providing hooks, trend insights, and content audits to maximize conversion and ROI.
• Strategic Curation: Identify and onboard high-potential creators, building long-term, high-volume relationships rather than one-off transactions.
• Creative Briefing: Translate brand objectives into sharp, performance-driven briefs that empower creators to produce "TikTok-native" content that sells.
• Platform Alliance: Collaborate daily with TikTok Shop representatives to stay ahead of algorithm shifts and leverage beta features for your brand portfolio.

Your Profile

• Experience: First experience in Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, or Social Media with a focus on results-driven partnerships.
• Creative Intuition: A "platform native" who can spot a trend before it peaks and has the vision to turn it into a repeatable content format.
• The "Coach" Mindset: A deep understanding of TikTok hooks, social-to-commerce conversion, and how to optimize creator content.
• Linguistic Mastery: Native-level German (C2) for creator trust and professional English for global internal coordination.
• Location: Based in or relocating to Cologne .
