Responsibilities

• Achieve personal and team sales targets across all segments, including Special Steel Applications and plywood/components.
• Lead and support sales efforts from inquiry to project execution, ensuring profitable contracts and timely collections.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, expand market share, and generate new business opportunities.
• Promote PERI as a trusted supplier and present product strategy to decision-makers.
• Manage projects, coordinate with teams, and keep CRM and sales tools updated.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, values, and performance improvement plans.

Stand Out From The Crowd – What Distinguishes You

• Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in construction or plywood & components.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with solid market analysis ability.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with good business acumen.
• Team player with integrity, accountability, and drive.
• Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (other languages a plus).
