Total Rewards Lead

We are looking for a Total Rewards Lead who will be responsible for managing the design, administration, and execution of compensation programs inside our company, including salaries, bonuses, pay structures, and grading frameworks. This role ensures that compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business strategy, while maintaining internal fairness and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and continuously update job grading frameworks and salary ranges aligned with market trends and internal strategy
• Conduct regular market salary benchmarking using external survey data to assess competitiveness of compensation levels
• Analyze differences between internal compensation and market benchmarks, and provide data-driven recommendations for salary adjustments
• Manage the annual salary review process, including data preparation, validation, and alignment with approved compensation budgets
• Perform job evaluations using established methodologies and ensure consistency with job descriptions and competency frameworks
• Ensure internal pay equity and compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal compensation policies and governance standards
• Manage bonus and incentive programs by overseeing calculations, validations, approvals, and timely payout processes
• Prepare compensation analytics, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making by leadership, HR, and business stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards, preferably in a global FinTech, tech, or high-growth environment
• Strong experience with global salary benchmarking, market surveys, and compensation data analysis across multiple regions
• Proven expertise in job evaluation methodologies and development of global job grading and salary structures
• Hands‑on experience managing annual salary review cycles and global compensation budgeting processes
• Solid knowledge of pay equity principles, labor law compliance, and governance in a multinational context
• Experience designing and managing bonus and incentive programs aligned with performance and business outcomes
• Advanced analytical skills with strong Excel proficiency; experience working with HRIS and compensation reporting tools
• Ability to partner effectively with Finance, Payroll, HRBPs, and senior business stakeholders in a global organization
