Based in DHL Groups Corporate Center, the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding team defines the global recruiting strategy and shapes the Group wide candidate experience. We steward enterprise platformscareer websites, employer review channels, and job boardsand ensure they are used consistently, compliantly, and effectively across all divisions. Your tasks Support the coordination of external job boards & talent platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, VONQ, Indeed; Kununu/Glassdoor rating management) by maintaining package inventories, partner overviews, and day to day operational trackers under guidance Assist with intake and triage of divisional requests by checking feasibility against guidelines, budgets, and timelines, and documenting decisions as directed Help maintain SLAs, compliance trackers, and process documentation; monitor delivery timelines and escalate deviations to the responsible specialist/manager Contribute to reporting and data quality by updating Excel/Power BI views and preparing concise summaries/presentations for status meetings, while supporting simple process improvements (templates, checklists, FAQs) Your profile Minimum Bachelor Graduation in Business Administration (or a closely related business field) before October 1st, 2026 Up to 3 years experience (internship/working student/entry level) in HR operations, recruiting coordination, vendor/platform management, reporting or administrative project support Fluent English (written and spoken). German is a plus Strong MS Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, charts) and PowerPoint skills; basic Power BI exposure is an advantage Structured, detail oriented, and proactive working style; strong stakeholder communication; comfort working in an international environment and following defined processes Familiarity with recruiting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed) is a plus Your benefits Appealing salary package: With us you will earn an annual salary of 57.000 gross including Christmas and vacation allowance as well as an annual bonus.
