For our apprenticeship programme starting on 1 August 2025, we are looking for a
Trainee Machine Tool Operator (m/f/other)
in the field of machine tools

Your Tasks

• You will be manufacturing precision components from metal, plastics and graphite using machining processes such as turning, milling, drilling or grinding
• Mostly you will be using CNC machine tools for making the components
• During your apprenticeship, you will also learn what to do in the event of technical malfunctions
• Programming and setting up the machines and monitoring the manufacturing process will also be part of your job

• Comprehensive and hand-on apprenticeship with close supervision by qualified and experienced instructors
• Apprenticeships and training/education are a key priority at CODAN as we look to secure the next generation of qualified employees
• You will gain experience of diverse and interesting tasks and activities in all relevant areas of our plant in Lensahn
• If you successfully complete your apprenticeship, you have every prospect of being taken on by the company

• Very good teamworking and communication skills are among your qualities
• Staying power and flexibility are required for this job
• Perseverance, thoroughness, commitment and dedication round off your profile
• A good secondary school leaving certificate is required for this apprenticeship
