We are looking for you to join our corporate headquarters in Hamburg's HafenCity on September 1, 2026.

Your new job includes

As a trainee in retail management, our 18-month program will prepare you specifically for a specialist or management career with direct customer contact and an international environment.

Responsibilities

• You will take responsibility early on, actively help shape retail experiences and inspire our customers time and time again.
• During your trainee programme, you will mainly be working at national and international airport retail locations (e.g. Frankfurt, Copenhagen or Sydney) and will learn about our business from the ground up.
• You will take on your own projects with responsibility, master a variety of challenges in Germany and abroad, and pass through further stages at our headquarters in Hamburg and at central interfaces, e.g. our logistics centres.
• You create unforgettable shopping experiences, inspire travellers and turn them into loyal customers.
• You are the first point of contact for customers and employees, make decisions, and ensure pragmatic, effective solutions in day-to-day business.
• You challenge the status quo, drive innovation in retail, and take customer service and employee satisfaction to the next level.

Preferred Profile

• A completed bachelor's degree or comparable training, e.g. in retail or in a customer-oriented environment.
• Very good German and English skills; another foreign language is a plus.
• A genuine passion for retail and sales: you enjoy being on the shop floor, getting stuck in and want to make a difference together with your team.
• A keen sense of customer needs and a passion for inspiring people at the point of sale.
• Independence and decisiveness – you take responsibility and want to actively advance our business.
• Flexibility and a willingness to travel internationally to work in different locations and get to know them.
