Trainee Supply Chain Management & Logistics (m/f/d) - 01.09.2026

We are looking for you to join our corporate headquarters in Hamburg's HafenCity on September 1, 2026.

Your new job includes

• You will play an active role in further developing our state-of-the-art global logistics system and ensure that goods are in the right place at the right time – efficiently, smartly, and with an eye to the future.
• You will learn about our business and our global supply chain with state-of-the-art logistics centers from the ground up and understand how global goods flows are managed.
• You will take on responsibility early on and work on your own projects in Germany and abroad, e.g., in our logistics centers, at retail locations, or at international subsidiaries.
• You will join us in breaking new ground to make logistics and supply chain processes even smarter, more efficient, and more sustainable.
• You will make data‑driven decisions that advance our business and delight our customers.
• You will continuously develop both professionally and personally and build a strong network in an international environment.

Preferred Profile

• A completed degree with a focus on economics and a specialization in logistics/supply‑chain management or industrial engineering.
• At least 6 months of practical experience, ideally in logistics or supply‑chain management, e.g., through internships or working student positions.
• Software skills: confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; ideally, basic user knowledge of SAP.
• Intercultural mindset: experience abroad (e.g., internship or semester abroad) and very good German and English skills.
• Analytical and structured thinking, practical problem‑solving skills, a confident manner, persuasiveness, and enthusiasm for technical details.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to get to know our international locations worldwide.
