Training as an IT specialist for system integration

Your mission

During your apprenticeship with us, you will become an expert in IT systems and networks. You will pass through all the relevant specialist departments and learn the basics and job-specific skills that will prepare you well for your day-to-day work.

• You will plan, install and configure IT systems and networks and become a professional in IT infrastructure
• You will accompany the commissioning of new and existing systems and ensure that everything runs smoothly
• You will be responsible for setting up and managing customer-specific IT systems
• You will learn how to solve application and system problems and become the point of contact for technical challenges
• You will support the maintenance of hardware and software components and ensure that everything works optimally.
• You will identify and rectify faults and errors before they become a problem.

Duration of apprenticeship

3 years (with the option of shortening to 2.5 years)

Your profile

• Successful school-leaving certificate (secondary school leaving certificate, advanced technical college certificate or Abitur)
• You are enthusiastic about hardware and software and have a strong, systematic mindset
• You like to contribute your own ideas and are not afraid to proactively develop solutions
• You enjoy interacting with people and can express yourself well
• You are characterized by reliability, accuracy and a good understanding of technical contexts
• You enjoy working with numbers and direct contact with customers
• You are a team player, but can also organize yourself well
• Your English is quite good :)
