As Training and Development Leader, you will be part of the local HR Team managing Germany. You will work closely with sites, being the central contact for training management and central training. You will participate in the development and fine tuning of site human resources through the implementation and running of training plans, recruitments and competencies management. The following will be your missions throughout the V.I.E.
You are a highly motivated young graduate from a business school or university. As part of your studies, you have already undertaken an international curriculum (e.g. one semester or year outside your home country).
You are a team player, a self‑learner and have demonstrated some leadership. You have knowledge in Human Resources and especially in training management, ideally in a non.
Your English is fluent, and another language is a plus.
