Training Services Manager (m/f/d) for Airbus

For our renowned customer Airbus Operations we are looking for a "Training Services Manager" (m/f/d) in temporary employment as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• Contribution to end-to-end promotion, marketing, preparation, organization and delivery of Material Management Seminars to Airline and MRO customers as well as Satair and Airbus colleagues
• Supporting the Training Services Team in updating training material Supports with marketing-related activities with the Satair Marketing and Training Services teams
• Administration and event management support for the Training Services Department as per respective event task list
• Maintenance of marketing material and digital platforms
• Training administration support with customer visits (hotel, transport, catering, room booking, invitation letters)
• Customer Liaison to follow up on training requests and queries in coordination with the Training Services Manager
• Taking care of global training generic email inbox (read and answer customer queries, distribute and redistribute tasks)
• Conducting worldwide internal and external training to customers and colleagues as hostand trainer including work package management such as preparation and administration of events
• Hosting customer events worldwide to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction (Satair Material Support Roadshow)

Your profile:

• Completed studies in communication sciences, business administration, supply chain or a comparable qualification
• Completed commercial vocational training with further training as a technician/business administrator
• More than three years of professional experience in the field of customer service
• More than two years of professional experience in the field of marketing
• Over a year of professional experience in the field of supply chain
• Ability to impart knowledge to people
• Digital Skills
• Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to travel is mandatory (at least 5 times a year)
