Together with the Eight International Network, counting over 650 employees in more than 20 countries, we respond to a growing demand for financial advice from private equity firms, medium- and large-sized corporates, and investment banks. We are currently looking for an ambitious and diligent individual to join our TransactionServices team in Frankfurt /Munich as a Analyst. Responsibilities

You will work as a fully integrated team member on planning, executing and delivering Transaction Services (primarily Financial Due Diligence in buy- and sell-side transactions) for international and national private equity and corporate clients. From the beginning you get responsibility on our Financial Due Diligence projects and you will get an intensive training on the job to deepen your understanding of the mechanisms of buy- and sell-side M&A processes. Motivated, proactive, reliable and stress-resistant team member who is eager to assume responsibility and to work independently Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from a recognized university/ business school with preferably a major in Finance, Accounting, business administration or similar First work experience (internship or full-time employment) in finance, preferably Transaction Services or other adjacent finance areas, such as M&A / Audit / Accounting / Controlling Good accounting skills (IFRS, German GAAP, etc.) and a basic understanding of business valuation Excellent analytical skillset and an entrepreneurial mindset Very good MS Excel / financial modeling skills; experience with analytical tools e.g. PowerBI, Alteryx is a plus Excellent German and professional written and spoken English
