Transfer Pricing Specialist (m/w/d)

You take the lead on all transfer pricing matters within the company and work closely with various internal stakeholders as well as external advisors. Together, you ensure that all topics related to transfer pricing – from policies to master and local files – are handled professionally.
You prepare and maintain the required transfer pricing documentation to clearly and compliantly present intra‑group transactions in line with local legal requirements.
You develop appropriate methods for determining transfer prices, challenge existing approaches, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.
You calculate intercompany prices and internal fees, ensuring a consistent and transparent pricing approach.
You support key projects and new business initiatives by conducting solid analyses, financial and tax assessments, and preparing well‑structured memos or presentations.
You develop and optimize internal workflows and IT systems related to transfer pricing to ensure efficient processes and high data quality.
You support transfer pricing tax audits, respond to inquiries from tax authorities, and actively contribute to successful audit outcomes.
You share your expertise by providing training and guidance on transfer pricing to colleagues and entire business units.

Completed degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on Finance, International Tax, or Tax Law.
3–5 years of relevant professional experience in international tax advisory and transfer pricing.
Strong analytical skills, clear and effective communication, and a solution‑oriented working style.
An independent, structured, and hands‑on approach to work.
Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken; any additional language is an appreciated asset.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SAP experience is considered a plus.
