What you’ll be doing

• Drive and support high-impact, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
• Structure complex business challenges and translate strategy into clear, actionable plans
• Coordinate cross-functional projects across Commercial, Supply, Finance, and HR
• Track progress against KPIs, milestones, and deliverables to ensure execution excellence
• Identify risks early, remove roadblocks, and drive accountability across teams
• Prepare and lead project meetings, decision forums, and progress reviews
• Partner closely with the Chief Transformation Officer to shape and prioritize the transformation roadmap
• Provide analytical insights and structured problem-solving to support key decisions
• Maintain high-quality tracking of initiatives, ensuring accurate reporting in dashboards and tools
• Support initiative leads with strategic guidance, coaching, and stakeholder alignment

• 2–4 years of experience in management consulting, project management, or transformation/strategy execution roles
• Proven experience working on complex, cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments
• Background in FMCG, retail, or consumer-facing industries is highly valued
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to influence, align, and drive outcomes across diverse teams
• Hands-on, execution-driven mindset with high ownership and resilience
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and prioritizing in a dynamic environment
• Experience in a PE-backed or high-growth company is a plus
