### Your Task#### Responsibilities* Comprehensively plan and manage transformation projects* Define together with the stakeholders the **scope, objectives and deliverables** of each project* Coordinate resources, assign tasks, and monitor team execution* Track progress and apply adjustments to ensure success* Identify and manage risks, developing contingency plans* Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders and team, preparing regular status reports* Ensure compliance with **quality standards, deadlines and budget*** Implement and promote best practices and project management methodologies (agile and traditional)### Your ProfileWe are looking for a **Transformation Project Manager** with experience in digital transformation projects in Public Cloud environments, strong communication skills, and project management expertise.#### Must Have Skills* Minimum 4 years of experience in Application project management* High level of Catalan language proficiency (oral and written)#### Nice to Have Skills* Experience in transformation projects in Public Cloud environments* University degree in Computer Engineering, Systems, Telecommunications or related field* Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.)* In-depth knowledge of agile and traditional project management methodologies* Excellent communication skills* Leadership skills* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously* Experience in managing multifunctional teams* Experience in effective collaboration with stakeholders* Strong technical knowledge in information and communication technologies* Public sector business knowledge, specifically in EducationAt **T-Systems**, you'll find groundbreaking projects that add to social and ecological well-being.
