UGC Creator Manager / Social Media Manager – UK (m/f/d)

Pammys is a fast‑growing footwear brand with over 1 million customers and a team of 100+. We are entering a new growth phase and need a UGC Creator Manager / Social Media Manager to own UK‑market content and social media.

Important: We are an office‑first company. You will work daily from one of our offices in Hamburg or Kiel.

Responsibilities

• You take full ownership of the UK market and manage all projects related to content, UGC and communication.
• You identify, contact and manage UGC creators from the UK and organize their content productions.
• You coordinate videos, images and briefings between the Creative Team, freelancers and the Performance Marketing team.
• You support the localization of the website, product texts and advertising assets for the UK market.
• You create culturally relevant briefings for UGC creators, influencers and external partners tailored to the UK audience.
• You ensure that all creative deadlines are met and that sufficient content is available for ongoing marketing campaigns.
• You work closely with our Creative Strategist, Performance Marketing team and Content team.
• You continuously bring in new ideas, trends and cultural insights from the UK market.

Qualifications

• You speak English at native level and have good German skills.
• You have experience in project management, marketing or content management, ideally in an e‑commerce or agency environment.
• You are well organized, structured and communicative, and keep an overview even when managing multiple projects at the same time.
• You work independently, solution‑oriented and with a strong sense of responsibility.
• You have a solid understanding of social media, UGC content and current trends.
• You are confident working with digital tools (e.g. Google Drive, Slack, project management software).
• You will work on‑site in our Hamburg office – remote work is not possible for this position.
