Responsibilities

• Support the head of the Engineering business unit in portfolio management and reinsurance matters
• Assist in the review and approval of complex risks under Referral Underwriting
• Analyze and coordinate technical requirements in data and process management
• Develop efficient processes to ensure consistent data delivery for regulatory and internal reporting (e.g., BaFin reporting, risk reports, underwriting analyses)
• Create and maintain reports and analysis dashboards with QlikView and Qlik Sense

Qualifications

• Successfully completed training as a insurance clerk or equivalent qualification (e.g., insurance professional or related degree)
• Knowledge of industrial insurance
• Proficient use of the MS Office suite
• Strong German and English language skills
• Extensive experience using asset management and specialist application systems
• Familiarity with technical documentation system requirements and technical documentation creation
• Practical experience in planning, controlling and implementing projects
