Urgently needed Freelance DORA ICT Governance & Security Expert for impending Audit at Enterprise IT services Provider (World Leader!)

About the Role

Our client, a critical ICT services provider , is seeking a DORA ICT Governance & Security Expert to ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and operational resilience under the EU’s Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).

You will support cross-functional teams, manage ICT risk and security governance frameworks , coordinate audit evidence, and ensure processes meet strict European regulatory requirements .

Key Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert for DORA compliance and ICT risk management
• Coordinate audit preparation and evidence collection
• Support operational controls and governance processes
• Collaborate with IT, security, risk, and service delivery teams
• Monitor deadlines and ensure centralized DORA data compliance
• Recommend improvements for processes, controls, and audit readiness

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong background in IT Security, Cybersecurity, ICT Governance
• Experience in audit coordination and IT regulatory compliance
• Knowledge of DORA is essential.
• Fluent in German and English
• Degree completed (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
• Experience in ICT operational resilience frameworks
