U.S. Conference Specialist (all genders)

The US Conferences & Field Marketing Manager owns the planning, execution, and performance of Lecturio’s US-based conferences, trade shows, and field marketing events, ensuring each event directly supports pipeline creation, revenue growth, customer retention, and brand visibility across Institutional, Workforce, and Simulation verticals.

This role connects Lifecycle Marketing strategy with on-the-ground execution, turning events into measurable growth engines rather than one-off brand moments.

Key Responsibilities

Conference & Event Strategy (US)

  • Own the US conference and field event strategy in alignment with NA OKRs and Lifecycle Marketing priorities
  • Partner with Lifecycle Marketing to align events to buyer journeys, vertical campaigns, and account-based initiatives
  • Recommend annual conference mix (sponsorships, speaking opportunities, regional events)
  • Lead planning and execution for:
    • National and regional conferences
    • Trade shows and sponsorships
    • Customer, partner, and prospect events
  • Manage timelines, vendors, logistics, budgets, booth assets, and on-site execution
  • Serve as the single US point of contact for conference organizers and vendors

Lifecycle & Revenue Alignment

  • Work with Marketing, Sales, and PSM to:
  • Coordinate pre-event, onsite, and post-event lifecycle campaigns
  • Ensure leads and accounts are properly routed into salesforce and HubSpot / CRM workflows

Measurement & Reporting

  • Track and report on:
  • Pipeline sourced and influenced
  • Meetings booked and follow-ups completed
  • Cost per lead / opportunity
  • ROI by event and vertical
  • Provide post-event insights and optimization recommendations to Lifecycle Marketing leadership

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with:
  • Sales & Revenue Leadership (field alignment, meetings, demos)
  • Product & Simulation teams (messaging, demos, workshops)
  • Customer Success / PSM (retention and expansion-focused events)

Success Metrics (OKR-Aligned)

  • Contribution to NA pipeline and revenue targets
  • Improved lead-to-opportunity conversion from events
  • Documented post-event lifecycle activation for 100% of major events

Your profile

  • 3–6 years experience in B2B conferences, field marketing, or event marketing
  • Strong project management and vendor coordination skills
  • Experience partnering with Sales and Revenue teams
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort reporting ROI
  • Experience in healthcare, education, SaaS, or enterprise marketing preferred
