• Your Tasks

Plan, execute, and analyze usability tests, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures
Create documentation that complies with regulatory standards and internal procedures
Work closely with cross-functional teams to shape and refine new products, with a strong focus on user interface, ergonomics, and overall usability
Conduct research on user needs in close collaboration with Product Management and R&D to drive user-centered product development

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree or higher (University, FH) in a technical or related field, such as Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or another discipline providing a solid technical foundation relevant to product development and usability
Strong team player with excellent communication skills and an open, collaborative mindset
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities, combined with the capacity to manage projects independently
Highly motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented working style
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; German skills are a plus

• Minimum Salary

Annual gross salary from € 54,723.53, based on professional qualification and experience.
