What you’ll do

As a User Assistance Developer Associate (f/m/d) you will:

• Work with subject matter experts to understand the product, and the information needs of users
• Plan and create product help content for users (for example, on-screen help and user guides)
• Help ensure good user experience by providing user-friendly, consistent UI texts and terminology
• Be part of an international team, spread across multiple locations

What you bring

• A university degree in technical communication, engineering or a related subject, or a language-based university degree.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of German is an advantage.
• Experience working as a technical writer and/or in the software industry is an advantage.

You are self‑motivated, eager to learn, and able to work in virtual, global, and cross‑functional teams.
