Lead end-to-end UX processes from discovery to delivery
Evaluate our UXR consisting of interviews, usability testing, surveys, workshops
Translate research insights into personas, journey maps, flows, and experience principles
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Design complex user flows for web and mobile applications
Collaborate closely with our product trios consisting of PO, RE, and UX
Contribute to and evolve our design systems
Validate concepts through our testing team and iterate based on findings
Advocate for user-centered thinking across the organization
4–7+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, or related fields
Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving, systems thinking, and measurable impact
Solid understanding of UX methodologies and usability principles
Proficiency in design and prototyping in Figma
Experience collaborating in agile product teams
Ability to translate jira tickets into user-centered solutions
Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
Familiarity with design systems and scalable product thinking
Structured, proactive, and comfortable with ownership and presenting in front of stakeholders
