Venture Client Manager (f/m/d)

A Snapshot of Your Day

Imagine starting your day by aligning with a startup founder on the final steps of a pilot project. Later, you collaborate with internal stakeholders to craft a compelling story about the pilot’s impact, preparing it for an upcoming innovation showcase. You’ll work in a dynamic, international team that values curiosity, creativity, and collaboration. Your work will directly contribute to Siemens Energy’s mission of driving the energy transition by bringing startup innovation into real-world application.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Identify and evaluate startups with high strategic relevance to Siemens Energy’s innovation goals


• Design and manage pilot projects to test startup technologies within Siemens Energy’s business units


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful pilot execution and measurable outcomes


• Develop and implement communication strategies to promote venture client activities internally and externally


• Create engaging content (e.g., case studies, videos, presentations) to showcase startup collaborations


• Represent Siemens Energy at innovation events, startup forums, and internal showcases

What You Bring

• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Innovation Management, or a related field


• A few years of experience in venture clienting, startup engagement, or corporate innovation


• Strong storytelling and communication skills, with experience in content creation and stakeholder engagement


• A passion for technology and startups, with a good understanding of energy sector trends


• Project management experience and the ability to work across diverse teams


• Fluent in English; German is a plus
