Venture Client | Project Manager

Our Munich team is a group of highly experienced Corporate Venturing experts. WE are ambitious, quality-driven, and genuinely passionate about creating impact for our members and clients. We take the work seriously, but not ourselves.

The role

This role is dedicated to expanding our footprint in the DACH region and requires a deep understanding of the German industrial landscape, as well as native-level German due to its client-facing nature. You'll own the development and success of our DACH member portfolio – orchestrating the full venture-client cycle from needs identification and startup scouting through pilots and scale. You'll dive into innovation challenges, align stakeholders across business units, connect corporates to top-notch startups, initiate collaborations, define KPIs, and ensure collaborations generate measurable business impact. This is not a passive account-keeping role: you'll have real autonomy and plenty of scope to make this role your own.

Your impact

• Own outcomes for a portfolio of members – executive updates, success plans, measurable results
• Align stakeholders across BUs, procurement, legal, and IT to remove blockers and keep delivery on track
• Identify expansion opportunities and partner with the growth team on next steps
• Represent Combient Foundry in the DACH region - at partner sites, events, and executive roundtables
• Collaborate with Customer Success team across regions to align delivery and share best practices

What you bring to the table

• 3+ years in project or programme management, consulting, or customer success – experience in corporate innovation or venture clienting is a strong plus
• Proven track record running complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives to tangible outcomes
• Strong communication, structured thinking – and an impulse for action
• Ownership mindset, low ego, comfortable operating in a fast-moving environments
• German native speaker and fluent in English
