Join our team as Verification & Validation Specialist

We are hiring a Verification & Validation Specialist to lead end‑to‑end validation of embedded and model‑based designs. You will shape test strategies across MIL, SIL, and HIL environments and ensure systems meet performance, safety, and reliability expectations.

What you will do

• Lead verification of model‑based designs using MIL, SIL, and HIL testing
• Design and implement test plans, test cases, and automated validation workflows
• Establish V&V methodologies and integrate them into development pipelines
• Drive root‑cause analysis and ensure high‑quality defect management
• Collaborate closely with design, controls, and architecture teams
• Conduct reviews to ensure completeness of validation coverage

What we are looking for

• 10–12 years of experience in embedded systems verification & validation
• Strong background in Automotive and safety‑critical systems
• Hands‑on experience with MIL/SIL/HIL ecosystems
• Deep understanding of automation frameworks and test integration
• Excellent English communication; German is an advantage
• Lead V&V efforts for next‑generation embedded systems
• High level of ownership and visibility in global engineering programs
• Work in a modern validation ecosystem with HIL labs and advanced automation
• Be part of a team of an international and diverse team
