Individual Accountabilities

• Take orders
• Provide product selection advice
• Take order change requests, incl. Returns; cross- & upsell
• Provide info on delivery status, invoicing for high-value customers
• Manage complaints & warranties, e.g. For damaged goods, delays for high-value customers
• Qualify and warm up/activate leads generated by mktg./kam

Shared Accountabilities

• In teamselling approach, align on sales actions and customer needs (with local field sales)
• Act in alignment with local quantity and quality guidelines
• Support sales team (sales agents; alt. Channels) to achieve performance by sharing customer insights
• Aligning customer priorities across channels
