Key Responsibilities

Lead the execution of complex M&A transactions, capital markets deals, and strategic advisory mandates across sectors.

Manage client relationships and originate new business opportunities in the DACH region.

Supervise and mentor junior bankers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional development.

Collaborate with global sector and product teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients.

Drive pitch development and strategic dialogue with C-suite executives.

Qualifications

Minimum 6-8 years of experience in investment banking, with a strong track record in M&A and/or capital markets.

Deep understanding of the DACH market and fluency in German and English.

Proven leadership skills and ability to manage deal teams and client relationships.

Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Experience working in a top-tier investment bank or boutique advisory firm.
