Job Description We’re looking for a
Vice President of Growth
(All Genders) to lead the engine behind how we acquire, convert, and retain customers across Europe. This is a senior, cross-functional leadership role with responsibility for digital acquisition, CRM, offline/ATL, and campaign operations — including the newly integrated content and campaign management team. You’ll combine deep functional expertise with the leadership ability to build high-performing teams, break silos, and align efforts around one shared goal: scalable, profitable customer growth. In this role, you will set the strategy and execution tempo across performance marketing, lifecycle, and campaign delivery. You’ll continuously seek out new growth levers, drive operational excellence, and ensure that data, automation, and technology are at the core of how we work.
What You’ll Do
Performance marketing: Own and scale our digital acquisition channels — search, social, programmatic, affiliate — with a relentless focus on CAC efficiency, reach, and quality traffic.
CRM & lifecycle: Shape how we engage and retain customers through data-driven, personalized communication strategies that maximize customer lifetime value.
Offline & ATL: Oversee ATL activities (TV, OOH, audio, print), working with our in-house agency and analytics teams to define investment strategy and measure incremental impact.
Content & campaign operations: Lead the central campaign execution function, driving automation, process excellence, and tooling across markets and channels.
You’ll also be responsible for
Team leadership: Grow and inspire a multidisciplinary team. Provide clarity and direction, while fostering a culture of ownership, experimentation, and impact.
Cross-functional collaboration: Act as a key connector across Product, Merchandising, Analytics, Brand, and CX to align on inputs and deliver against shared commercial goals.
Data and decision-making: Use insight, not instinct. Lead with numbers, and build the frameworks needed to track, optimize, and communicate performance clearly.
Qualifications
10+ years in digital growth, CRM, or campaign operations — ideally in e-commerce, marketplaces, or subscription-driven businesses
Proven track record of scaling acquisition and retention efforts across both digital and offline channels
Experience leading campaign/content operations with a focus on process, automation, and cross-market enablement
Strong people leadership and ability to inspire teams and influence across the organization
Analytical mindset with commercial sharpness — you’re comfortable with CAC, CLV, incrementality, and trade-offs
Bias for action and continuous improvement, paired with the ability to set a long-term vision
