TMT / Digitalisation, Energy & Renewables, and Transport & Logistics . The client base comprises

corporates and private equity investors , with a strong emphasis on infrastructure investors. A key differentiator is the

integrated M&A and financing approach : transactions are not only advised but also supported through fully underwritten financing solutions across the entire capital structure, serving both corporates and PE sponsors. The Vice President, M&A plays a

key execution role

within the team and acts as the day-to-day owner of M&A transactions across the full deal lifecycle. The VP serves as the primary execution partner to Directors and Managing Directors while acting as the hands-on lead and mentor for Associates and Analysts. In this role, the Vice President ensures best-in-class execution quality, rigorous structuring and efficient process management, from pitch preparation and equity story development through signing and closing. The team advises on mid-cap and large-cap transactions, offering broad exposure across deal sizes and sectors. Responsibilities

End-to-End Transaction Execution

Lead the execution of M&A transactions across the entire value chain, including: Origination support and pitch preparation Strategic analysis and equity story development Valuation and financial modelling (DCF, trading & transaction multiples, LBO) Preparation of information memoranda and management presentations Coordination of due diligence processes Support in SPA negotiations, signing and closing Manage transaction timetables, internal workstreams and external advisors Senior Banker Interface

Act as the key execution counterpart for Directors and Managing Directors Prepare decision-ready analyses, updates and recommendations Support senior bankers in shaping transaction and client strategies Day-to-day management, guidance and development of Associates and Analysts Allocation and prioritisation of workstreams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery Quality control of all analytical and presentation materials Coaching junior team members on best-practice execution standards Profile

Several years of relevant experience in Investment Banking / M&A, typically at VP or advanced Associate level, gained at an investment bank or corporate finance advisory Proven end-to-end execution experience across the full M&A lifecycle Strong exposure to TMT / Digitalisation, Energy & Renewables and/or Transport & Logistics is a plus Excellent analytical skills with deep expertise in valuation and financial modelling Demonstrated experience in leading and developing junior bankers Highly structured, detail-oriented and execution-driven mindset Confident communicator with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders
