Director of Engineering

to help us scale our engineering organization to the next level. In this role, you’ll lead a growing team of talented engineers, shape the future of our tech stack and architecture, and play a critical role in driving the delivery of our ambitious product roadmap. What you’ll do

Lead, grow, and mentor high-performing engineering teams through rapid scaling stages Build the structures, processes, and culture needed to support engineering excellence as the organization grows Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Leadership to align technology with business goals Own and evolve the technical roadmap, architecture, and development best practices Ensure high levels of engineering quality, velocity, and team satisfaction Be a hands-on leader when needed — offering technical guidance, resolving complex problems, and unblocking teams Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement What we’re looking for

Proven experience leading and scaling engineering teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments Strong technical background in modern cloud-based architectures and software development best practices A track record of building scalable systems and shipping impactful products Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to balance strategic thinking with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality Experience working in or with product-led organizations is a plus Passion for building not just great software, but strong teams and empowering cultures What we offer
