Overview

As a Social Video Editor/Cutter you will be responsible for producing high‑quality short videos for our clients’ TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts channels. You’ll work closely with the creative and account teams to deliver engaging content that drives growth.

Responsibilities

• Cut and assemble client videos for social media.
• Create in‑house ads for our recruiting funnel.
• Own the TikTok video output for selected clients and ensure consistent growth.

Qualifications

• TikTok‑native with personal or professional experience using TikTok.
• Proven experience editing social media content, especially short‑form videos.
• Proficient with editing software such as Premiere Pro or CapCut.
• Strong visual sense and awareness of social media trends.
• High initiative, teamwork, and sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills in German, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of key KPIs in social media marketing.
