Video Editor (Full-Time)

Location : BERLIN, Germany – This is a full-time position (40h/week) with a hybrid setup: 3 days in our Berlin office, 2 days remote.

Dance Masterclass is an online streaming platform dedicated to the art of dance. It’s the "Netflix" of the dance world, founded in 2021 in Berlin. It has rapidly grown with subscribers worldwide, especially in the USA, Europe, and Japan. We produce Masterclasses, Follow-Along Training Videos, and Documentary Films.

You are a creative Content Video Editor who enjoys crafting engaging visual stories—from follow-along workouts to dynamic interviews and cinematic teasers. You’re hands-on, autonomous, and proactive in shaping digital-first content.

Responsibilities include:

• Own the edit : From raw footage to final export, craft content that is sharp, engaging, and on-brand.
• Think like a producer : Structure videos, make editorial decisions, and improve content flow—even with limited footage.
• Handle multiple formats : Adapt edits for different platforms and audiences, including vertical Reels, long-form lessons, or trailers.
• Collaborate and lead : Provide feedback to freelancers or junior editors, maintaining quality and style consistency across projects.
• Move fast : Thrive in a high-output, media-focused environment with continuous content pipeline.
• Use modern tools : Fluency in Adobe Premiere and familiarity with AI tools or plugins (auto-subtitling, voice-to-text, etc.).

Minimum Requirements:

• Over 3 years of work experience
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere
