Video & Motion Designer (all genders)

You’re not just producing videos; you’re shaping how people experience Lio. As Video & Motion Designer, you bring our product, brand, and culture to life through compelling visuals; helping customers understand our technology and future teammates see what it’s like to build at Lio.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

• Create product videos, demos, and motion content that clearly showcase Lio’s capabilities
• Produce explainers and walkthroughs that help customers understand and adopt our product
• Create high-quality content for product launches, announcements, and marketing campaigns
• Develop visual content that strengthens Lio’s brand and employer presence (team stories, culture content, hiring videos)
• Translate complex AI and procurement workflows into engaging visual storytelling
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Implementation, and People teams
• Experiment with new formats to make our product and brand more engaging and accessible

Your Profile

You’re a good fit for this role if you:

• Have experience in videography, motion design, or visual storytelling
• Are skilled with modern video and motion tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere, Figma, etc.)
• Enjoy turning complex software products into clear, engaging visuals
• Have a strong sense for storytelling, brand, and visual quality
• Work hands‑on, move fast, and enjoy experimenting with new formats
• Thrive in fast‑paced startup environments
