Overview

This freelance videographer opportunity focuses on producing high-quality, visually compelling short videos for a luxury skincare brand targeting midlife women. The role requires end-to-end video production, from conceptualization and scripting to filming and editing, with a strong emphasis on capturing the essence of premium skincare products. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging a suitable model, securing an appropriate filming location or studio, and ensuring all lighting and technical aspects meet the standards of luxury beauty content. The project is scheduled to begin in early April, with final deliverables due within 7–10 days post-filming. Prior experience in beauty or skincare videography, particularly within the European market, is highly valued.

Deliverables

• Produce two short-form videos (15–25 seconds each) showcasing product, texture, and application in a luxury skincare style
• Develop creative concepts and scripts tailored to the brand’s target audience
• Arrange and direct a model suitable for skincare demonstrations
• Source and secure a filming location or studio that aligns with a premium aesthetic
• Provide and manage all necessary lighting and technical equipment
• Oversee the full editing process to deliver polished, on-brand video assets
• Ensure timely delivery of final videos within 7–10 days after filming

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in beauty or skincare videography, with a strong portfolio of relevant work
• Ability to manage the entire production process independently, including pre-production, filming, and post-production
• Proficiency in video editing software and lighting techniques for luxury product shoots
• Access to professional-grade camera, lighting, and editing equipment
• Strong creative vision and attention to detail, with an understanding of luxury branding
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Availability to start in early April and deliver within the specified timeline
• Based in Europe or able to travel within Europe for the shoot
