How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Responsibilities

• STRATEGY: Analysis and optimization of maintenance activity (geography, timing, skills needed, strategy preventive vs. curative) and associated KPIs; develop and establish standard state-of-the-art tools; optimize processes (automatic planning, spare parts management).
• OPERATIONS: Gain maximum operational experience; act as the Maintenance Planner and Coordinator for appropriate geographies (preferrably Dutch-speaking Benelux or Germany).

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate (management and/or engineering).
• Soft and hard skills “Must have”: awareness of process optimization; basics of project management; strong technical interest in industrial gases and the linked installations; language English plus Dutch OR German.

• Nice to have: technical engineer; multilingual (English, French, Dutch, German).

Languages

• English fluency is Must have.
• Dutch or German is Must have.
• French is Nice to have.
