About the tasks

We are looking for a motivated V.I.E to join our Finance department and support our Reju operations team in Frankfurt. The role involves working on cost control management and process optimization for the running a state‑of‑the‑art Textile‑to‑Textile regeneration plant.

The V.I.E will report directly to the Reju Managing Director in Germany and Reju Control Manager. The VIE will play a key role in accurately tracking all financial costs, optimizing and improving all processes including the procurement cycle (P2P) with the support of a global shared services organisation in India. This role supports the entire operations management team by providing reliable financial insights, monitoring cost trends, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track, analyze, and report the plant production costs (materials, labor, overhead, energy, maintenance, etc.)
  • Ensure accurate allocation of the cost drivers
  • Monitor variances between actuals, budget, and forecast, investigate deviations and search for corrective actions
  • Identify cost optimization opportunities
  • Prepare forecasts in collaboration with plant departments (production, maintenance, supply chain, quality)
  • Support the creation of Power BI and IA reports based on state‑of‑the‑art ERP Oracle cloud data – interface with our Power BI expert resources
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and presentations for management
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (mainly procurement, finance, operations management) to streamline processes and ensure proper and efficient data monitoring and financial reporting
  • Initiate a local supply and Procurement‑to‑Pay procedure for the purpose of process optimization and future certification

About you

  • Masters degree in Engineering or Business / Economics
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and reporting tools (Power BI, SharePoint)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced operations environment
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and detail oriented
  • Fluent in both German and English
