Valeo VIE Program

The Valeo VIE Program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein, and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. The program allows you to work for one of our subsidiaries around the world. Business France, the French agency for international business development, is in charge of all the administrative procedures of your assignment. Make sure you meet Business France's eligibility criteria to apply for a VIE. Please note: Your application must be submitted in English to be considered by our non‑French speaking teams partners at Valeo worldwide. As part of your international development, you cannot apply to a VIE assignment in the country of your citizenship.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the quality management of the company's products and services
You will support supplier quality management activities within the plant
You will create and maintain supplier data in SAP
You will create and maintain supplier data in SAP
You will initiate supplier complaints (8D reports) as part of the QRQC process
You will work closely with purchasing, production and R&D to guarantee supplier quality

Qualifications

You have an engineering and clear quality background/mindset
You have a fluent level of English
You have some basics knowledge of German
Ideally, you have a first automotive experience/first customer contact experience
You have availability to perform a proper root cause analysis
You have good communication skills, an international mindset, and are open‑minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
You are willing to learn and listen, you are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
