Vision Rehabilitation Manager, EU

The EU Vision Rehabilitation Program Manager will manage the delivery of Science Corporation’s vision rehabilitation program for PRIMA-implanted patients across Europe. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role at the intersection of clinical excellence, patient experience, and commercial execution.

You will be accountable for building, scaling, and continuously improving a best-in-class vision rehabilitation program—ensuring consistent, high-quality patient outcomes while supporting the successful launch and growth of PRIMA across EU markets.

Role responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of EU PRIMA vision rehab program and high-quality patient experience; act as hands‑on specialist backup.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and hybrid team (employees/freelancers) with day‑to‑day coaching, performance, scheduling, travel, and logistics.
• Optimize, evolve, and roll out scalable rehab curriculum with digital/remote/gamified elements across EU geographies.
• Collaborate with sales, clinical affairs, and marketing to align rehab with launch/site strategies.
• Define/track KPIs and metrics; drive continuous improvement via data/feedback while ensuring clinical/ethical/operational compliance.
• Proven people manager and leader within healthcare, MedTech, or medical device environments (ideally 3+ years in a formal management role)
• Experience managing healthcare program delivery, clinical operations, or clinical trial operations
• Demonstrated success leading teams across multiple EU countries or regions
• Fluent in English plus one additional EU language
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, develop, and coordinate diverse teams
• Highly organized, solution‑oriented, and comfortable operating in fast‑paced, evolving environments
• Creative problem‑solver with a patient‑first mindset
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills

Preferred qualifications

• Background in clinical care, rehabilitation, or patient‑facing healthcare roles
• Experience in low vision, ophthalmology, neurology, or related therapeutic areas
