  • Lead and develop the warehouse team, ensuring a culture of safety, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth execution of receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and maintaining high inventory accuracy.

  • Support ordering and planning processes together with the Senior Specialist.
  • Ensure timely and precise order handling and outbound shipments.
  • Maintain an efficient, clean, and safe warehouse layout.
  • Manage outbound logistics, including carrier selection, contracts, performance tracking, and documentation.

A Visible Leader with Strong Ownership and Operational Expertise

We are looking for an experienced, structured, and quality‑driven warehouse leader with experience within warehouse, logistics, inventory, or distribution management - ideally within the medical device industry or another regulated environment. You enjoy combining hands‑on leadership with strategic planning and are committed to creating safe, efficient, and compliant warehouse operations. You work autonomously, communicate clearly, and bring a high level of integrity, curiosity, and accountability.
