Overall Mission

The Warehouse Operator will manage warehouse-related operations, handling temperature-controlled transport solutions in compliance with the shipment and quality requirements in collaboration with the OPS and Quality Teams.

Main Contributions

Preparing warehouse and transportation paperwork. Completing temperature-controlled shipments in line with SOP. Monitoring and tracking shipments’ statuses & react accordingly. Managing inventories on weekly, monthly and yearly basis. Daily communication with OPS team about production steps. Keeping warehouse clean and safe. Presenting continuous improvement mindset and looking for process improvements.

Requirements

1+ year in warehouse operations, preferred in DG handling, Basic knowledge of airfreight operations (handling, freight forwarding, customs clearance, communications with airlines etc.)

Specific Knowledge

Basics in quality and regulatory Process oriented and ability to define as well as improve workflows
