Event Production Coordinator / Warehouse Specialist – Munich

The Business:

The Role:

• Maintain, repair, and prepare event and warehouse equipment.
• Manage stock levels using asset management software.
• Oversee inbound and outbound kit preparations.
• Support loading/unloading of trucks and courier deliveries.
• Coordinate with vendors for external repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organised, and fully operational.
• Assist with basic vehicle maintenance and workshop trips.
• Act as the key point of contact for production managers on kit availability.

About You:

• Strong communicator with a positive team‑focused mindset.
• Based in Munich with a full driving licence.
• High proficiency in both English and German.
• Computer‑literate with the ability to learn systems quickly.
• Highly organised, detail‑driven, and proactive.
• Desirable experience: AV/events knowledge, mechanical/vehicle understanding, Current RMS, forklift licence, HGV licence.
