Tasks

• Lead, motivate, and further develop employees in the picking and shipping of pharmaceuticals (10 employees)
• Ensure implementation of GDP requirements in the in-house cold storage facility
• Plan and manage warehouse, picking, and shipping processes
• Continuously optimize workflows and processes
• Structured yet flexible personnel deployment planning
• Train and instruct employees
• Monitor key performance indicators
• Ensure workplace safety

Your profile

• Training and further education in logistics, transport, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in logistics processes and handling ERP systems
• Ability to inspire and lead team members to high levels of engagement
• Experience in GDP-regulated environments is desirable
• Organizational talent and willingness to actively participate in day-to-day operations
• Goal- and success-oriented, structured working style
• High awareness of safety and reliability
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken
