Located in Munich and Karlsruhe, we are looking for somebody to strengthen our Munich team with sharp focus on medium-sized to enterprise customers.
The customer excellence team focuses on bringing the ValueWorks platform to life in the intersection of business and data. In symbiosis with our team of forward deployed engineers that build data models and pipelines for customers, the client-facing customer excellence manager has the end-to-end responsibility to design, manage and deliver the impact of the ValueWorks solution at our customers. In this role you dive deep into data structures, systems in an environment where you can take over responsibility from day 1. In opposition to a classical customer success manager focusing on standardized on-boarding tasks, the customer excellence team acts as a trusted advisor and consultant to the customer in questions of financial planning, business intelligence and execution methodologies.
