Stellenbeschreibung Als Werkstudent*in im Bereich Financial Planning & Analysis unseres international ausgerichteten Unternehmens wirst du nicht nur ein Verständnis für die grundlegenden Finanzaktivitäten entwickeln, sondern auch eine aktive Rolle bei der Umsetzung von Projekten im Bereich des Teams unterstützen.

Deine Aufgaben

Unterstützung bei der zentralen Steuerung der globalen Konzern- Reporting- Prozesse (wöchentliches Reporting; Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschluss)

Unterstützung bei der wöchentlichen Berichterstattung (EWC- Prozess) und Erstellung der Präsentation für das Top-Management

Betreuung und Aufbereitung der globalen Forecast- und Budgetprozesse

Unterstützung von Tochtergesellschaften bei Spezialthemen

Übernahme / Bearbeitung von Ad-hoc-Themen und entsprechende Weiterentwicklung des Berichtswesens (z.B. Aged Debt-Berichte)

Unterstützung und eigenständige Übernahme von globaler Kommunikation aufgrund der regionalen Reporting- Struktur

Deine Skills

Student*in eines betriebswirtschaftlichen Studienganges (Schwerpunkt Finanzwesen/ Accounting/ Controlling von Vorteil)

Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint

Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (internationale Kommunikation)

Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und soziale Kompetenz, die du in unserem internationalen Umfeld gut einsetzen können

Hohe Lernfähigkeit und Lernbereitschaft

Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und gute analytisch-konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten

Job Description As a working student in the Financial Planning & Analysis department of our internationally oriented company, you will not only develop an understanding of the basic financial activities, but also play an active role in the implementation of projects within the team.

Your tasks

Support in the central management of global Group reporting processes (weekly reporting; monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements)

Support in weekly reporting (EWC process) and preparation of presentations for top management

Support and preparation of global forecasting and budget processes

Support of subsidiaries on special topics

Takeover / processing of ad hoc topics and corresponding further development of reporting (e.g. aged debt reports)

Support and independent takeover of global communication due to the regional reporting structure

Your qualification

Student of a business administration degree program (focus on finance/ accounting/ controlling an advantage)

Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Very good written and spoken English skills (international communication)

Strong communication and social skills that you can use well in our international environment

High learning ability and willingness to learn

Structured, independent way of working and good analytical-conceptual skills

High self-drive and sense of responsibility
